Tremstop IA
Tremstop IA is a single component, water-based, firestop sealant that will expand to fill the voids left when combustible materials burn away in a fire.
Basic Uses:
TREMstop IA is tested to treat 95 percent of the common applications found on a job site, including metal pipe, plastic pipe, insulated pipe, cables, ducts and multiple penetrations.
Features and Benefits:
TREMstop IA has exceptional sealant qualities, including superb unprimed adhesion, easy gunning and antifungal properties. It can also be painted once fully cured.
Dry Time:
At 77°F (25°C), 50% RH, TREMstop IA is tack free in 30 – 60 minutes and dries at a rate of about 1/8” per day. As the temperatures decrease, the dry time of TREMstop IA will increase, generally one additional day for every 10°F decrease in temperature.
