Webac FlexGel 2
WEBAC FLEXGEL 2 is a single component hydrophilic polyurethane grout. The product cures to a closed cell foam or a gel when it comes in contact with water. The product is capable of incorporating large amounts of water that are multiples of its own mass, thereby forming a gel. The cure time of the product is determined by the amount of water added and the temperature while reacting.
Webac 151
WEBAC 151 is a hydrophobic water cut-off polyurethane injection grout based on a MDI polyurethane. The resin is 100% solvent free and 100% solids. The gel-time of the product is adjustable by adding a certain percentage of WEBAC 15x accelerator. Upon contact with water WEBAC 151 reacts to a foam while expanding its volume up to 30 times. The cured material is semi flexible and of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the cured material is essentially not effected by water or dryness. The reacted material does not shrink or swell, depending on the amount of accelerator added and the pressure of injection.
